Theresa Taylor

Theresa has been an educator for 30 years, with the last 18 years dedicated to leadership service as the Glacier Edge Principal in the Verona Area School District. Theresa has recently transitioned to the Director of Elementary Education at VASD. She believes in building strong relationships with students, staff members, administrators, and families through effective communication, including listening and reflecting. Her commitment to equity and shared leadership is evidenced by the successful systems she has created and supported, always keeping students at the center. Theresa values adult learning that leads to exceptional outcomes for all students by utilizing data and research of best practices, while collaborating with staff in Professional Learning Communities. Theresa looks forward to working alongside the many outstanding educators and learners on the MSPE team.
