Colin Paustian is a high school science and math teacher in Appleton, Wisconsin. Graduating in 2016 with bachelor’s degrees in elementary education and secondary chemistry education, he commenced his career in Neenah as a middle school science/math teacher and athletic director. Colin then served as Principal for 3 years before moving back into the classroom full-time at the high school level. The MSPE program’s emphasis on the integration of psychology, leadership, and instructional methods resonated with Colin, aligning well with his interests and responsibilities in Neenah. Colin looks forward to enhancing his teaching practices and introducing new ideas to the school.
