June Bu is an independent consultant and coach specializing in developing marketing talent and capabilities. She is also an adjunct faculty member teaching Integrated Marketing at NYU’s Shanghai campus. With over 20 years of experience at Johnson & Johnson, where she was responsible for its personal care brands (e.g., Johnson’s Baby, Neutrogena, etc.) in China, she decided to step away from the corporate world about ten years ago. Since then, she has been seeking ways to share her experience and inspire younger marketers. As a marketer, she finds psychology to be an endlessly fascinating topic, providing valuable insights into the minds of customers. This interest led her to enroll in the MSPE program, aiming to acquire tools to better understand her Gen Z students and become a more effective instructor.
