Katie McVane

Katie holds an associate degree in Early Childhood Education from NWTC, where she had the opportunity to study abroad in Belize. She went on to earn her bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from the University of Wisconsin–Green Bay and is now enrolled in the MSPE program. Over the past two years, she has served as a team lead and played an active role in her school’s shift to structured literacy. She also attended the Intermediate Literacy Academy for Leaders through her CESA district, where she discovered a strong interest in the content and a passion for supporting other educators.
