Within the MSPE program, I’m particularly looking forward to the instructional coaching component, as I’m curious to explore whether it might be a direction I’d like to pursue in the future. I also hope to strengthen my leadership skills, especially in supporting and mentoring other educators. Finally, what excites me most about the MSPE program is the opportunity to not only apply what I learn directly to my own teaching, but also to challenge those ideas and discuss the outcomes with my cohort.
