Cloey is a fourth-grade teacher at Kennedy Elementary School in Madison, Wisconsin. She is excited to return to Madison to teach, having last been there during her student teaching, and looks forward to learning more about her students’ community as Kennedy enters its second year as a recognized community school. Cloey earned her bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education (grades 1–8) from the University of Wisconsin–Madison in May 2023.
As a UW–Madison alumna, Cloey was eager to continue her education at her alma mater. She was drawn to the MSPE program for its interdisciplinary approach and flexibility, which align well with her goals as a young educator. The program also includes an embedded instructional coaching certificate, offering her opportunities to strengthen her practice and explore potential pathways beyond the classroom.
