Lori Krieger has taken on a new teaching position as an adolescent teacher at a full-inclusion Montessori school. She previously spent six years teaching 6th-grade math and social studies, and before that, taught K4 and special education for grades 1–8. Lori earned her undergraduate degree from the University of New Mexico in 2012 and became a National Board Certified Teacher in 2024. The MSPE program will be her first graduate degree, which she is pursuing alongside Montessori certification.
I have a deep interest in the experience of children with neurodivergence in school and how we can make education work better for our students. I’ve spent the last few years working on and improving my skills. I would like to eventually work with other teachers as well as work to make policy and help change the culture of our education system.
